There is not requirement that you shoot any video, although the better you document your transformation, the better you submission will be! We don’t need to see every single video you shoot, but some highlights of your journey along the way would be fantastic. We will be looking at the initial goal you submitted, your before 6 photos, your after 6 photos, any video documentation you’ve care to share and the submission essay of your transformation. What are you looking for in the way of documenting your progress? It's about the overall quality of the transformation, not just the end result. We're looking at everything holistically which is why we're requiring an essay and documentation with the final submission. We're not just looking at total weight loss. My question is with all the other people entering the challenge who need to lose 2-300 lbs, would I even be considered to be a finalist? I'm in no way anywhere near being considered overweight. We’re expecting even more great entries in 2022 and want to be able to reward as many people as we can for becoming Positively Unstoppable! Don’t forget, while becoming a Champion is a great goal to shoot for, the biggest prize in this challenge comes when you transform yourself, change your future, and Own Your Life. We made the change because of how many amazing entries we received last year. More opportunities to visit the DDPY Performance Center, work out together, meet the team, and hang with DDP. By reducing the amount our Grand Champion MIGHT win, we’re able to award more GUARANTEED prizes and, possibly, even pick more Champions in 2022! More opportunities to become a Champion.

This year the Positively Unstoppable Challenge Grand Champion will have a chance to win $250,000! That may not be a million, but it’s still life-changing. Why was the contest changed from a chance at $1 million to $250,000?
